THE GOLF
Kyle Shields, who is the owner operator, started golfing at the age of 10. Kyle had his own unforgettable X-perience as a junior golfer being paired in a tournament with the most famous golfer in the world, Tiger Woods! In 1985, Kyle was recruited to play golf in college to Long Beach State University and continued to play competitively in the Golden State mini tour events. Kyle has also had the privilege to caddie for 3 years at the historic Augusta National Golf Club! Golf is a passion for Kyle and still keeps competitive by playing in local USGA and GSGA events.
THE RACING
Kyle started racing karts at the age of 18, where he won the Bridgestone Super Kart Series in only his 2nd year in the sport. Finding his passion for motor sports, he continued to move up the racing ladder going into Formula cars where he eventually made it up to Indy Lights (one step below the Indy Car Series). Kyle then pursued NASCAR, racing both trucks and cars for teams like Penske at the Marlboro Racing School and Richard Childress Racing. Kyle now focuses on coaching upcoming talent at various racing schools and driving clubs throughout the USA.
